One of the main pillars of Value Based Management state that by influencing an individual’s worth and by creating a common shared set of beliefs it is possible to improve the outcome of production.  The ethos in Kantor Energy is to guide with reason, respect, empathy and compassion, by demonstrating our commitment to our employees, our community, our environment.


Our employees trust us to ensure that they have a safe environment in which to work and we take that responsibility very seriously.  We aim to reach the highest possible standards of health and safety, to promote and encourage a good work-life balance and to facilitate training and further education.


We aim to contribute to the community in which we live and do business, by supporting local events and though sport sponsorship. In addition we encourage employees to volunteer and participate in local campaigns and events to raise awareness and funds for worthy causes.  Employees are also encouraged to offer their time and abilities to the betterment of our society.


Our company is committed to being a responsible corporate citizen and supporting community and environmentally-friendly practices. The company aims to defend the environment and manage its business activities in a responsible manner.  We ask our employees to familiarise themselves with the waste management activities in their work area, which set out to minimise wastage and maximise recycling.  We require all employees to act in a responsible manner in relation to the use of materials and equipment, and welcome all new suggestions on how to improve and streamline our business activities in this regard.
