Contract Award – Colindale Gardens Block D
- Colindale Gardens is a mixed-use development in Barnet, which when completed will include over 4,000 residential units and 11,700m2 of commercial area
- Having already completed the 16MW Energy centre aswell as the network pipework and over 2,000 apartment connections, Kantor has recently been awarded the Design & Build contract for the latest phase; Block D, comprising 337 Apartments across 3 buildings
- Construction for Block D will commence in Q2 2023
